The guiding principle behind Circle Quest Solutions is accessibility. Individuals and organizations with the financial resources to support those that do will offest the cost for those organizations that do not have the financial means to pay.
Circle Quest Solutions can help individuals and organizations reduce burnout, navigate secondary trauma and build sustainable ways of working without losing clarity, ethics or themselves.
Through trauma-informed consulting, education, and practical tools, we help support environments and creating workplaces where people can do well-and be well and where well-being and real-world practice meet in a manner that strengthens decision-making.

The Founder
Carla was born in Washington state and raised in a small Montana town. Montana is where she developed her curiosity for the outdoors, desire to understand people and the human condition.
Carla served in the United States Army and her favorite job outside of what she does now was working at her family’s food truck (before food trucks were cool) back in the nineties. There, she learned how to count back change and make the most perfect swirls for ice cream cones.

Carla has worked as a Juvenile Court Counselor for adolescents on probation and from this career, landed with the education system primarily teaching students who benefitted from receiving additional academic and behavioral support. She has also worked with Medicaid services providing parent support and support for individuals transitioning from long-term placements.
Over the last three years, Carla has taught individuals nationwide on the impacts of secondary trauma, suicide prevention, trauma-informed interviewing and trauma-informed care. As a person with lived experience related to post-traumatic stress injury, secondary trauma, suicide risk and moral injury, Carla shares her knowledge from a unique perspective. This perspective offers both her personal and clinical expertise.
